Disney+ saw a remarkable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at about $6.6M in mid-December. Weekly downloads also surged, especially in the latter part of the quarter, climbing from around 0.7M in late October to over 1.2M by the week of December 19. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trajectory, finishing the quarter at over 20.6M.
Netflix experienced steady weekly revenue, maintaining figures around $1.4M to $1.6M throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads showed a notable rise towards the end of the quarter, reaching close to 1M in the final week of December. Active users for the platform also increased, peaking at approximately 52.3M by the end of the quarter.
For Crunchyroll, revenue saw a consistent increase, reaching around $0.86M in mid-December. However, weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at approximately 120K and closing the quarter at around 104K. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight peak to about 1.7M in late October.
Amazon Prime Video demonstrated consistent weekly revenue, averaging around $0.7M. Weekly downloads showed significant growth towards the end of December, peaking at nearly 0.7M. The platform’s active users also increased, reaching over 11.1M in the last week of the quarter.
Finally, discovery+ had variable weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $0.81M in early November. Weekly downloads fluctuated but remained below 50K throughout the quarter. Active users saw a declining trend, dropping from around 297K at the start of the quarter to about 243K by the end.
